Faction: Toads
The toads are a faction who gain experience by defeating other units, and they win by amassing enough of it. They probably had fewer pieces of their own but with stronger offensive options?
Faction concept art for an abstract-ish boardgame I was thinking about but that never became a thing... or at least hasn't become a thing as of September 2024. I think I do want to revisit the idea, or at least reuse these faction designs for something else!
