Kolo Coffee-for-Plant
Part of the opening ceremonies of the Kolo café was that customers could get a free cup of coffee if they brought in a potted plant so that the café could be made more lively on the cheap. I really liked this idea, and if I remember correctly it did also work to an extent! Quite happy with the piece as well.

After Ystävien Tammikahvila, the people who participated set up a more permanent vegan café, Kolo, in Helsinki that lasted from 2016 to 2018. I did volunteer work there and it was very cool. The "a coffee for a plant" event was set up in order to get some new plants to the café; basically you'd get a free cup of coffee if you donated a plant."
