"A revision of an older work!
The piece was made on an A2 paper, so I had to photograph it instead of scanning; lowered the quality quite a lot. Oh well. I'm really happy with the colours here - even though my knowledge about light and shading is vague at best, I think the colours in the ammonite/whatever came out pretty well.
3 hours with acrylics"
As stated in the note, this is effectively a re-do of the Ammonite piece. I really like how striking the lighting is, although overall the work is still quite janky.
